Cade Sanders possesses expertise in both athletics and education, along with advanced knowledge of NCAA regulations and requirements. His genuine desire to assist Canadian student athletes in achieving their post-secondary goals makes him an ideal facilitator for any student athlete, whether they are pursuing opportunities in the NCAA or the NAIA.

We highly recommend Cade as an integral tool when planning for and deciding on the best pathway to meet your child's future goals as a Canadian Student Athlete, whether through the NCAA or NAIA.

Cade's knowledge of the Canadian and American education systems is instrumental in setting up all of our Canadian student athletes for success. His services serve as a crucial tool in every student athlete's toolkit as they navigate their options in the NAIA and NCAA while pursuing post-secondary education.

Cade came highly recommended for his passion and dedication to helping Canadian student athletes achieve their goals of earning athletic and academic scholarships. He employs a personal and pragmatic approach to assist families in navigating the daunting process of NCAA and NAIA recruitment.

Cade took a proactive approach and provided our family with incredible insight into the schools and sports programs, especially for Canadian Student Athletes, before visits, phone calls, or virtual meetings. Afterwards, Cade was there to guide Josh and the family through an analysis of whether the NAIA or NCAA program was a good fit and provided advice on next steps for the process of committing.

ESAA's approach is rooted in education, planning, and effective targeted recruitment. We are well versed in Ontario-based academic programming meeting U.S and Canadian post-secondary requirements.
Many other companies are heavily-focused or solely-focused on sport recruitment. The fact is (in almost all cases) academic financial aid packages will exceed any athletic scholarship money offered.
ESAA also offers a tailored personalized approach for each Student-Athlete and family.

The only entity that can guarantee NCAA Academic Eligibility is the NCAA Eligibility Centre. Advisors, Consultants, “Compliance” personnel can create or support plans towards eligibility, but cannot ultimately guarantee eligibility. Student-Athletes who meet NCAA requirements do so by earning the grades in core courses and by completing the NCAA eligibility requirements. Proper academic planning is required. ESAA supports and advises Student-Athletes in this process. Check out our Testimonials page.
While we can step in to help a family at any point in their planning journey, the best time to contact us is in your student's first semester as a freshman (grade 9). When applying to U.S schools, grade 9 marks and specific key courses determine academic eligibility.
Please contact us for a free consultation to discuss your academic planning and pathway.
No one can ethically offer this guarantee. There are many factors that go into the college/university sport recruitment and academic selection process. ESAA works with the Student-Athlete and family to create effective plans to support and shape their application to colleges/universitites.
The "best" school option(s) is unique for each Student-Athlete. There are many factors and components that go into the "best-fit" options. The key component that guides the entire process is your preferred academic program(s). You are a STUDENT-Athlete and the academic goals need to be met at post-secondary institutions regardless of division or association.
DI schools carry an aura of elite sports programs and high-end education. The truth is, there are highly competitive academic and athletic programs throughout DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and NJCAA. In fact, it is not uncommon for DII, DIII, NAIA and NJCAA programs to be more competitive than DI programs in certain sports. Also, graduation rates, academic scholarships, and athletic scholarships vary greatly among these different divisions and governing bodies.
