Our Mission
At Elite Student Athlete Advising, our mission is to provide personalized consulting services to Student-Athletes in their academic and recruitment journey. We also advise Elite Sport Organizations looking to support their athletes' academic and recruitment goals. We work closely with our clients and create a customized program approach because every recruitment journey is unique.
Our Services
ESAA advises and supports Student-Athletes and families that strive to compete at the next level in sports and academics. Our services are for Student-Athletes that compete in the classroom and in their sport. ESAA's complete service includes:
- High school academic planning that meets academic eligibility requirements (for example, NCAA and NAIA), post-secondary program pre-requisites and admission requirements
- SAT and ACT approaches and preparation options
- Using ESAA's Targeted Recruitment approach, explore best-fit academic and sport program opportunities within the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, USport and CCAA.
- Provide information regarding sport recruitment camps, combines, and evaluation camps
- Expand the Student-Athlete and family's understanding and knowledge of admission policies, realistic financial aid opportunities (athletic scholarships, academic scholarships, and other available aid for Canadian students)
- Advising supporting clients through the recruitment and school visit process

Cade Sanders
Cade Sanders has 24 years of teaching and leadership experiences in education in Ontario. He has been a classroom teacher, a Lead-Student Success Teacher, a Graduation Coach, and a Guidance Counsellor (current). Cade has extensive knowledge of Ontario high school planning, and how academic plans meet NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA academic eligibility requirements.
Cade Sanders attended King's College (King's College University) earning a BA (History) in 1996 , a Diploma in Honours Standing (Kinesiology with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario 1999, and Bachelor of Education from Althouse College (University of Western Ontario) in 2000.
